Job Description
The Account Research Specialist is responsible for investigating and analyzing customer complaints and data related to loan servicing, helping to identify and resolve issues across all loan products offered by GoodLeap. Bilingual Spanish-English skills are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, investigate, and analyze customer complaints related to loan servicing
- Evaluate data and information to identify potential problem areas in loan servicing
- Assist in resolving issues related to all loan products offered by GoodLeap
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience in gathering, investigating, and analyzing customer complaints related to loan servicing.
- Ability to evaluate data alongside other information to identify possible problem areas regarding loan servicing of all loan products offered by GoodLeap.
- Knowledge of loan servicing processes and related data analysis techniques.
- Ability to perform the role under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Manager.
