Job Description
The Home Equity Specialist is responsible for originating and closing high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and ensuring successful loan approval and funding.

Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in originating high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by effectively communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and closing approved loans.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with customers throughout the loan process.
- The candidate must be capable of gathering all necessary documentation required for HELOC loan applications.
- The candidate must have the ability to evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility and loan approval.
- The candidate must have the skills to close approved loans efficiently and accurately.
- The candidate must be able to perform these responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company's standards for quality and compliance.
