Job Description
The Home Equity Specialist is responsible for originating and closing high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and ensuring successful loan approval and completion.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the loan process
- Gather and review documentation required for loan applications
- Evaluate loan applications for approval
- Close and fund approved loans
