Job Description
The Head of Servicing will lead and expand the company's servicing operations, overseeing the entire lifecycle from onboarding to collections and investor relations, while leveraging AI and advanced technologies to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the servicing operations throughout the full lifecycle, including onboarding, customer support, collections, recoveries, and investor relations.
- Own and optimize the servicing processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and champion the use of AI and next-generation technologies within the servicing functions.
Requirements
- Own and lead the full servicing lifecycle including onboarding, customer support, collections, recoveries, investor relations, and reporting.
- Champion the use of AI and next-generation technologies to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction within the servicing operations.
- Lead and scale servicing operations through the next phase of growth in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- Provide leadership and management to a servicing team, including overseeing operational processes and ensuring high performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to servicing and collections.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve servicing processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Possess significant experience in servicing operations, preferably within fintech, financial services, or related industries.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing large-scale servicing functions and teams.
- Have a strong understanding of investor relations and reporting requirements related to servicing activities.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be capable of working in a collaborative environment and leading cross-functional teams.
- Have a relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree or higher, in finance, business administration, or a related field (implied but not explicitly specified).
