Job Description
The Client Support Manager - Home Improvement is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience by leveraging data to identify improvement areas, conducting client audits, and managing pipelines to meet customer expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of the best customer experience for clients.
- Leverage Big Data to identify areas for improvement in customer experience.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues.
- Conduct client audits to assess compliance with standards.
- Manage the sales pipeline to meet customer expectations and company standards.
Requirements
- Experience working with clients to ensure delivery of the best customer experience possible.
- Ability to leverage Big Data to identify areas of improvement with Home Improvement clients and work collaboratively on improving the customer experience.
- Experience conducting client audits to assess and ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to standards.
- Experience managing pipelines to ensure customer expectations and company standards are being met.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate transparent customer communication.
- Ability to work as a dependable and trustworthy team member, focusing on improving the customer experience.
- Willingness to perform additional duties such as client audits and pipeline management as assigned by supervisors or managers.
