Job Description
The Capital Markets Director, Project Finance, is responsible for executing funding strategies for solar lease and power purchase agreement projects, requiring expertise in project finance, stakeholder management, and strategic execution within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of funding and management strategies for solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in project finance activities.
- Apply expertise in project finance, including tax equity, project debt, and cash equity, to support project execution.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of project finance including tax equity, project debt, and or cash equity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the execution of funding and managing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Ability to demonstrate robust technical skills related to project finance and capital markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: 175,000 - 225,000 annually, plus bonuses
