Job Description
The Capital Markets Analyst will support the funding and management of solar lease and power purchase agreement projects by applying expertise in project finance, stakeholder management, and strategic execution within a technology-driven company focused on sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the execution of funding and management strategies for solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Apply knowledge of project finance, including tax equity, project debt, and cash equity, to support project transactions.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate project financing and execution.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of project finance including tax equity, project debt, and or cash equity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to the execution of funding and managing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.
- Strong technical skills related to project finance and financial analysis.
- Interpersonal skills capable of managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to perform responsibilities related to funding and managing solar lease and PPA projects as part of the Capital Markets team.
