Job Description
A Collections Specialist responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses, while maintaining records of delinquent accounts and amounts owed.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses responsible for the debt
- Identify accounts with overdue payments
- Maintain records of the amount owed and the length of delinquency
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (specific languages not specified) required.
- Experience in resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from individuals or businesses responsible for debt.
- Ability to identify accounts with overdue payments and keep records of the amount owed and the length of the delinquency.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records related to overdue accounts and payment history.
- Ability to perform job duties as assigned by supervisor or other managers related to the position or department.
- Willingness to perform additional responsibilities as needed, as assigned by management.
