Job Description
The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for managing post-approval HELOC operations, ensuring smooth closing processes, resolving vendor and customer issues, and supporting the launch and ongoing success of the digital HELOC product through process optimization and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all closing steps are completed successfully and HELOCs are closed correctly
- Provide operational support for the digital HELOC product, including account verification and customer inquiry response
- Coordinate across vendors to manage notarization, booking, and recording processes
- Resolve vendor issues, customer disputes, and communicate directly with borrowers to drive issue resolution
- Develop, implement, and execute new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support product launch and growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless workflow execution
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead change management efforts
Requirements
- Experience in post-approval HELOC operations, ensuring all closing steps are completed successfully, HELOCs are closed correctly, and recordings are properly executed.
- Providing day-to-day operational support for a digital HELOC product, including account verification, vendor issue resolution, customer dispute management, and customer inquiry response.
- Ability to communicate directly with borrowers to drive issue resolution.
- Serving as the operational control point across notarization, booking, and recording processes.
- Coordinating across multiple vendors to ensure seamless execution of closing and customer-facing workflows.
- Identifying, defining, building, deploying, and executing all-new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related materials to support the launch and ongoing success of the HELOC product.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of all closing and customer-facing workflows.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and managing related change management efforts.
