Job Description
The Senior Manager, AV Deployment Readiness is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment process of autonomous vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle integration, validation, and go-live, while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment planning, validation, and execution for autonomous vehicle deployments.
- Track and coordinate deployment milestones, vehicle readiness, and cross-functional tasks using project management tools.
- Develop dashboards and enforce readiness criteria to ensure timely deployment progress.
- Serve as the central escalation point for deployment blockers and manage risk mitigation protocols.
- Coordinate between hardware/software engineering, safety, operations, and customer teams to align timelines and expectations.
- Create and improve deployment processes, checklists, SOPs, and post-deployment review procedures.
Requirements
- 7 years in program management, deployment operations, or launch readiness in autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, defense, automotive, or similarly complex hardware software domains.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream programs where hardware, software, field infrastructure, regulatory approvals, and customer commitments must converge simultaneously.
- Deep proficiency with Jira or equivalent for complex project tracking hierarchies, custom fields, automation, dashboards, and the ability to architect workflows.
- Track record managing programs with hard external deadlines where missing the date has real financial and relationship consequences.
- Experience building deployment readiness frameworks from scratch in fast-moving environments.

Salary range of $180,000 to $250,000
