Job Description
The IT IAM SaaS Integration Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing automated identity and access management workflows across various SaaS platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless integration within the company's hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and manage identity governance frameworks, including RBAC and access reviews for compliance.
- Automate onboarding and offboarding workflows across SaaS platforms using tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and scripting languages.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of IGA tools to automate user access reviews and create self-service access portals.
- Develop and maintain secure SaaS integrations using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and cloud identity platforms.
- Proactively monitor and mitigate risks related to orphaned accounts, stale roles, and over-privileged access to ensure least privilege environment.
Requirements
- 3 years managing Google Workspace and Okta.
- Expertise in SAML, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
- Experience with Lumos, IdenHQ, or similar modern IGA platforms.
- Proficiency in Zapier as well as Python or PowerShell for API-based automation.
- Experience with HRIS-to-IdP integrations e.g., Rippling to Google Workspace Okta.
