Job Description
The IT IAM SaaS Integration Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing automated identity and access management workflows across various SaaS platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless integration within the company's hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage RBAC frameworks and conduct access reviews for compliance
- Build and maintain automated onboarding and offboarding workflows using SaaS tools and scripting
- Lead the rollout and implementation of IGA tools to automate user access reviews and self-service portals
- Develop and execute zero-touch SaaS onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure instant access revocation
- Enforce governance policies such as Least Privilege and provide audit evidence for compliance standards
- Integrate new SaaS tools via SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols using identity management platforms
- Proactively monitor and mitigate risks related to orphaned accounts, stale roles, and over-privileged access
Requirements
- 3 years managing Google Workspace and Okta.
- Expertise in SAML, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
- Experience with Lumos, IdenHQ, or similar modern IGA platforms.
- Proficiency in Zapier as well as Python or PowerShell for API-based automation.
- Experience with HRIS-to-IdP integrations e.g., Rippling to Google Workspace Okta.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: $150,000 - $210,000
Work schedule: Onsite 5 days a week at Mountain View, CA
