Job Description
The Inventory Specialist at Gatik is responsible for managing material flow, overseeing inventory accuracy, and supporting vehicle build operations through receiving, inspecting, labeling, and tracking inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming shipments and materials
- Label materials, enter data into inventory management system, and track inventory levels
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory storage and perform regular audits
- Manage returns and RMAs, adjusting inventory records accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and traceability
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of hands-on inventory control experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Experience with physical inventory, cycle counting, and material handling best practices.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with physical activity.
