Job Description
The Solar Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to solar system service calls and acting as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Coordinate and ensure timely and efficient solutions to client issues
Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls and serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely solutions.
- Must be able to work in an in-office environment.
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
- Must have effective communication skills to coordinate between customers and service technicians.
- Must be willing to serve as a liaison to ensure efficient and timely solutions to clients.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
- Must be committed to the company's core values, including putting people first and shooting straight.
- Must be able to work full-time in an office setting.
