The Office Administrator provides high-level administrative support in a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm's local office, managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

- Ability to multi-task while maintaining complex schedules is essential.
- Resourceful, an excellent problem solver, and very organized.
- Possess a blend of administrative and customer service skills to provide exceptional support to both clients and the internal team.
