Job Description
A Service Coordinator at Freedom Solar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians to address solar system service inquiries and ensure timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Coordinate and ensure timely and efficient solutions to client issues
Requirements

- Must serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely solutions to clients.
- This is an in-office opportunity, requiring the candidate to work on-site at the company's location.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between customers and technicians.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
