Job Description
A Service Coordinator at Freedom Solar is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing solar system service inquiries, acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of service calls in an in-office setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls
- Serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Coordinate and ensure timely and efficient solutions to client issues
Requirements
- Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to answer customer inquiries related to solar system service calls.
- Must serve as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely solutions to clients.
- This is an in-office opportunity, requiring the candidate to work onsite.
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and clients.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple service requests and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
