Job Description
A Solar Installer is responsible for installing residential solar energy systems, working as part of a team to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on installation work, often requiring prior construction or roofing experience, and contributes to a company's mission of providing clean, affordable, and reliable solar energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes
- Work as part of a crew to complete solar installations
- Ensure quality craftsmanship during installation processes
Requirements
- Experience in prior construction and/or roofing work.
- Ability to install solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes.
- Hard-working and motivated by meeting goals.
- Ability to work well with their hands and perform physical tasks associated with solar installation.
