Job Description
A Solar Installer is responsible for installing residential solar power systems, working as part of a team to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on installation work on solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW, primarily on homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes
- Work as part of a crew to ensure efficient and quality solar system installation
- Handle construction and roofing tasks related to solar panel installation
- Ensure safety protocols and standards are followed during installation
- Collaborate with team members to meet installation goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Experience installing solar systems ranging from 1kW to 30kW on residential homes.
- Prior construction and/or roofing experience.
- Ability to work as part of a crew responsible for installing solar systems.
- Motivated by meeting goals and working in a team environment.
- Hard-working and great at working with their hands.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Enjoys being challenged in a work environment.
- Based out of the Houston office located at 77055.
