Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers based on their needs and suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer requirements
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout their solar journey
Meet sales KPIs and contribute to achieving sales targets
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for earning between $100,000 and $200,000 annually.
Must be a W-2 employee working full-time in a sales role.
Must have the ability to work in the field and engage with customers in their homes.
Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and advise customers.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, serving residential customers in these states.
