Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout their solar journey
Meet sales KPIs to achieve earning potential and contribute to company growth

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to qualify for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be able to work in a customer-facing role, conducting in-home consultations and assessments.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with potential customers.
Must be willing to work in the residential market within Texas and Florida, or be willing to travel as needed.
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
