Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for significant earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Meet sales KPIs to achieve and maximize earning potential

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
Must have the ability to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment, demonstrating dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
Must be able to work independently in the field after training, with a focus on educating and advising customers about solar solutions.
Must be willing to work in the residential markets of Texas and Florida, or nationwide as applicable.
