Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for significant earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
  • Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Meet sales KPIs to achieve and maximize earning potential

Requirements

  • Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hunger to succeed.
  • Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
  • This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
  • Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
  • Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
  • Must have the ability to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment, demonstrating dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
  • Must be able to work independently in the field after training, with a focus on educating and advising customers about solar solutions.
  • Must be willing to work in the residential markets of Texas and Florida, or nationwide as applicable.
