Job Description

A sales role focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and site conditions

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and a hungry attitude.
Must be able to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
This position is a W-2, full-commission role with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Once in the field, must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based environment with no guaranteed salary.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that emphasizes quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
Must be able to serve customers throughout the entire solar journey, from marketing and sales to installation, service, and warranty coverage.
Must be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
Must be able to effectively communicate and advise customers on solar energy solutions and benefits.
