Job Description

A sales role focused on educating, qualifying, and advising customers on solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and site conditions

Requirements

Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer service.
Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average annual earning range between $100,000 and $200,000.
Must be a W-2 employee working full-time in a sales role.
Must have the ability to work in customers' homes and engage with clients directly.
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and advise customers effectively.
Must be willing to work in Texas and Florida, as the residential business serves these states.
