Job Description
A sales position focused on educating and advising residential customers on solar energy solutions, with a commission-based structure and opportunities for high earnings, within a company dedicated to quality, customer service, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Close sales and secure commitments from in-home customers for solar installations
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a full-time, W-2, commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
- Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for field work.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to be eligible for an average earnings range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
- Must be able to work in customers' homes and conduct in-home solar consultations.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate motivation and a results-oriented attitude.
- Must have excellent communication skills to effectively educate and advise customers.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
