Job Description
The Crew Lead Solar Installer oversees a team of solar installers responsible for installing solar systems, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a team of solar installers during system installation
- Ensure the installation of solar systems from 1kW to 30kW meets quality standards
- Coordinate and organize installation tasks and schedules
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders during projects
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure team compliance
- Assist with advanced solar system installation tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience installing solar systems from 1kW to 30kW, demonstrating advanced installer skills.
- Strong communication skills necessary for overseeing and coordinating a team of solar installers.
- Excellent organizational skills required to manage installation tasks and team workflow effectively.
