Job Description
The VP of Product Research Strategy for Digital Banking leads the strategic direction, research, and innovation of digital banking products, focusing on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and creating customer-centric, differentiated digital offerings aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction, research, and innovation of digital banking products for the consumer division.
- Drive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product development.
- Develop and communicate the product vision to ensure digital offerings are customer-centric and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product research, strategy, or related roles within digital banking or financial services.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leading strategic direction, research, and innovation of digital banking products for consumer divisions.
- Ability to drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and develop product vision to ensure digital offerings are differentiated, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with the ability to perform duties while remaining in a stationary position for extended periods, using hands and fingers, operating a computer monitor with visual acuity, and operating office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written formats with team members and stakeholders.
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility to perform situationally assigned duties outside of the standard job description to support organizational efficiency and nimbleness.
