Job Description
The SVP, Commercial Deposit Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing the bank's strategies to attract less rate-sensitive deposits and generate fee income, by analyzing market trends, creating product roadmaps, and collaborating with sales and technology teams to ensure profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the bank's commercial deposit and treasury management strategies.
- Analyze market trends to inform product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with front office sales and technology teams to implement deposit strategies.
- Manage pricing strategies to ensure profitability and attract less rate-sensitive deposits.
- Drive growth by identifying fee income opportunities through deposit and treasury management initiatives.
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience leading the development and execution of commercial deposit and treasury management strategies to drive growth and attract less rate-sensitive deposits while generating fee income opportunities.
- The candidate must have the ability to analyze market trends, create product roadmaps, and work with front office sales and technology teams to implement strategies.
- The candidate must have experience managing pricing strategies and ensuring profitability of deposit products.
- The candidate must have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with others.
- The candidate must be able to operate technology and office machinery such as computers, printers, and scanners.
- The candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
- The candidate must have visual acuity to utilize a computer monitor effectively.
- The candidate must be capable of working primarily in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work at management discretion.
- The candidate must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodations if necessary.
- The candidate must be flexible and willing to perform situationally assigned duties outside of the standard job description to support organizational efficiency.
