Job Description
The Senior Compensation Specialist manages the employee compensation program at Forbright Bank, overseeing pay plans to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience while supporting the organization's operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Forbright Bank's employee compensation program
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience in pay plans
- Partner with other teams to support operational needs related to compensation
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience managing employee compensation programs, including the day-to-day administration of pay plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and providing an excellent employee experience.
- The candidate must have the ability to work primarily in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
- The candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- The candidate must have the ability to use hands and fingers to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The candidate must have the ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The candidate must be able to communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
- The candidate must be capable of exhibiting a high level of flexibility regarding situationally assigned duties outside of the job description to support organizational efficiency.
- The candidate must possess the educational qualifications and experience necessary to qualify for a role with a salary range from $115,000 (entry level qualifications) to $150,000 (highly experienced).
