Job Description
The VP, Senior Community Manager oversees multi-branch management and business development, focusing on deposit growth, community engagement, and team leadership to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple branches and hubs to ensure operational and compliance excellence
- Drive new deposit acquisition and deposit retention through community engagement, networking, and relationship-based business development
- Develop and lead high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Achieve business and deposit growth goals through branch execution and strategic revenue generation
- Maintain a strong external presence to support community engagement and business development
Requirements
- The candidate must have experience in multi-branch management and proactive business development, with accountability for branch and hub performance, operational and compliance excellence, and people leadership.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of driving new deposit acquisition and deposit retention through community engagement, networking, and relationship-based business development.
- The candidate must develop and manage high performing teams at multiple locations.
- The candidate must deliver against defined business and deposit growth goals through a strong external presence and a balanced focus on branch execution and strategic revenue generation.
- The candidate must be capable of performing duties in an office setting, with some positions potentially allowing for remote work at management discretion.
- The candidate must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- The candidate must be able to use hands and fingers to operate technology and office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- The candidate must have the ability to utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- The candidate must communicate clearly, either verbally or in writing, with others.
