The Relationship Banker I is responsible for delivering excellent service to both new and existing clients, supporting banking operations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

Perform any function within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
Strive to provide excellent service and adhere to Bank Standards.
Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
Use hands and fingers to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
Communicate clearly verbally and/or in writing with others.
Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description.
