Job Description
The Relationship Banker I is responsible for delivering excellent service to both new and existing clients, supporting banking operations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to new and existing clients
- Maintain conformance with bank policies, procedures, and objectives
- Perform functions within scope of authority to deliver high responsiveness to customers and co-workers
Requirements
- Provide great service to new and existing clients while maintaining conformance with established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Perform any function within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.
- Strive to provide excellent service and adhere to Bank Standards.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
- Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Use hands and fingers to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity.
- Communicate clearly verbally and/or in writing with others.
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility regarding duties that may be situationally assigned outside of this job description.
