The AVP, Senior Software Engineer in Digital Banking is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure software solutions, setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve architecture and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements
The candidate must have experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions across the organization.
The candidate must be able to set technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
The candidate must drive architectural improvements, champion best practices, and ensure integration projects meet business and regulatory requirements.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
The candidate must have experience working in an office setting, with the ability to operate technology or office machinery such as printers and scanners, and communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
The candidate must be capable of remaining in a stationary position for extended periods while performing duties.
The candidate must be able to use hands and fingers to operate a computer monitor with visual acuity.
