Job Description
The Associate, Project Manager, HUD Lending supports HUD loan production activities, including processing loan exhibits, reviewing third-party reports, preparing underwriting narratives, managing document collection, and maintaining client relations, under the supervision of senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HUD loan production functions, including processing loan exhibits and reviewing third-party reports
- Prepare sections of the underwriting narrative and assist with document collection and transmittal
- Support HUD underwriting team members and assist with client relations
Requirements
- Support HUD loan production functions, including processing loan exhibits, review of portions of third-party reports, preparation of sections of the underwriting narrative, document collection and transmittal, and client relations.
- Support members of the HUD underwriting team and report directly to the Senior Associate, Senior Project Manager, HUD Lending.
- Work primarily conducted in an office setting, with some positions possibly allowing remote work through technology at management discretion.
- Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Use hands and fingers to operate office machinery such as printers and scanners.
- Utilize a computer monitor with visual acuity to perform job functions.
- Communicate clearly, verbally and/or in writing, with others.

Compensation/salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 depending on qualifications and experience
