A senior engineer responsible for developing and optimizing next-generation solid-state battery cells, including design, validation, and technical collaboration with customers to advance energy storage solutions for various applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate next-generation silicon-based drone and LMB power cells according to the technical roadmap, including material, formula, and process evaluations.
Design cell products based on customer requirements and validate their electrochemical and safety performance.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including preparing and releasing all related documentation such as BOMs, DFMEAs, and sample-building indexes.
Participate in technical discussions with customers regarding new product development programs.
Support battery material development, including cathodes, anodes, separators, binders, and current collector foils.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cell product-related technical issues.
Requirements
At least a master's degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of power cell or drone cell product development experience.
Knowledge of lithium-ion battery and lithium metal battery very well.
Ability to lead product development independently.
Good failure analysis (FA) problem solving and data analysis capability.
Good communication skills in English.
Rich experience in customer communication.
