Job Description
The Scrum Master will coach and facilitate Agile teams within a scaled environment, ensuring effective Scrum practices, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture to deliver innovative SDKs and geospatial technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead multiple teams to achieve project goals and improve Agile maturity
- Remove impediments and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Coach Product Owners and teams on Scrum roles and responsibilities
- Support backlog refinement and maintenance
- Create and publish team performance metrics
Requirements
- Five (5) years of relevant industry experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of developing highly performing Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle and implementation approaches.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or GIS.
