Job Description
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, coach teams on Scrum methodologies, remove impediments, and help evolve scaled Agile processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality SDKs used in mobile and desktop applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Lead multiple teams to achieve project goals and improve Agile maturity
- Remove impediments and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Coach Product Owners and teams on Scrum roles, responsibilities, and best practices
- Support backlog refinement and maintenance
- Create and publish team performance metrics such as burndown charts and velocity
Requirements
- Five years of relevant industry experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master with a track record of developing highly performing Agile delivery teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle and implementation approaches.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or GIS.
