Key Responsibilities
Coordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities
Maintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking and reporting systems
Resolve data discrepancies and keep individuals informed
Coordinate workflow processes with team members and groups
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Support Talent Acquisition in recruiting top talent
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
Experience with employee customer interactions and correspondence
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent
Recommended: Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
Preferred: 1 year of experience in human resources
Preferred: Knowledge of California state and federal laws and human resources policies and practices
Experience with an HRIS system
