Job Description
The role involves supporting Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting data, and ensuring a smooth hiring process, while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent administrative support within the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, travel arrangements, and new hire activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within applicant tracking and reporting systems
- Resolve data discrepancies and keep individuals informed
- Coordinate workflow processes with team members and groups
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Support Talent Acquisition in recruiting top talent
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly
- Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Experience with employee customer interactions and correspondence
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
