Job Description
A senior partner manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri's technology, drive sales, and support strategic growth in utilities, telecom, and rail industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners to promote Esri's technology.
- Develop sales and marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Support and align partners' development, marketing, and sales strategies with Esri's goals.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new partners.
- Manage opportunities and sales processes using CRM tools to drive buying decisions.
- Engage with key partners to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Assist partners in defining, refining, and renewing Esri-based solutions and offerings.
- Drive the growth of Esri's Partner Network by recruiting and engaging new and existing partners.
- Represent Esri at key events and work to recruit new business partners.
- Support the development and execution of industry channel strategies and partner campaigns.
Requirements
- Five years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience working in and supporting utilities, telecom, or rail industries.
- Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing oneself as a trusted advisor.
- Domestic and international experience with a business partner network and systems integrators.
- Expert visual storyteller and negotiator across all levels of an organization.
- Advanced experience creating and managing sales strategies and development plans at multiple levels including individual partners, national accounts, and across industries.
- Familiarity with Esri technology in support of partner campaigns across the lifecycle planning, targeting, analysis, communications.
- Established experience in channel management and or business partner development and ability to develop, articulate, and execute an industry channel strategy.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
