Key Responsibilities
Drive smarter buying decisions by performing total price and cost analyses on vendor quotes and proposals, turning data into clear recommendations
Lead sourcing initiatives across suppliers and categories, supporting product standardization and end-to-end PR/PO processes
Own vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms that deliver maximum value while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships
Ensure business continuity by balancing quality, cost, and delivery to keep internal customers supported without disruption
Collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and deliver solutions
Manage multiple initiatives at once, bringing structure, organization, and follow-through to every project
Requirements
5+ years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams during sourcing initiatives
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven negotiation skills and experience solving complex business problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing, supply chain management, or related field
Experience using SAP or other enterprise procurement systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
