Job Description
This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the Natural Resources Sector Industries, focusing on community building, educational activities, and event management to meet campaign goals and KPIs. It requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, campaign asset creation, performance tracking, and optimization to drive measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and tactics
- Create campaign assets, including messaging, collateral, and digital content
- Lead and support event messaging and execution within campaign plans
- Support third-party campaigns such as tradeshows and sponsorships
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of campaign assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful tactical delivery and measurable success
- Track campaign progress, manage activity reports, and analyze ROI
- Provide overall campaign performance insights to managers and industry teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience within business-to-business and or business-to-consumer fields, preferably marketing to business professionals in related industries
- Established knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and process improvement
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills for internal and external audiences
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledgeable in strong understanding of CRM, social media platforms, business intelligence, and project management processes
- Strong decision making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Must be able to travel up to 20% during peak marketing periods
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or an appropriate related field
