Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions for cross-platform .NET MAUI applications, collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality, and improving testing frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for software applications.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers and Developers to establish test plans, ensure testability, and identify testing gaps.
- Create and execute automated tests for functional, performance, scalability, and durability testing across multiple platforms.
- Manage and refactor automated test suites and results dashboards.
- Perform peer reviews of test code to ensure quality standards.
- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs at the framework level.
- Measure test coverage and monitor continuous integration test results.
- Advocate for quality and optimize testing processes throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with C and automated testing of .NET based applications, including cross-platform mobile or desktop apps
- Experience using .NET MAUI, or Xamarin Xamarin.Forms for cross-platform application development or testing
- Experience with CI CD pipelines such as Git, Git Actions, Jenkins
- Applied knowledge of testing principles including experience designing and executing test cases
- Experience using test automation frameworks such as UiPath, Appium, Playwright
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and resolve software issues
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
