Job Description
A Business Analyst role focused on analyzing and defining requirements for digital and content management platforms, web applications, and enterprise integrations to improve operational efficiency and deliver scalable digital solutions across Esri's enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize complex business information to define clear requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to develop scalable digital solutions and process models
- Create and maintain analysis artifacts such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation
- Facilitate prioritization, roadmap planning, and support Agile delivery processes
- Collaborate on system testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support
- Partner with CMS teams to enhance content management workflows and user experiences
- Define requirements for system integrations, APIs, and backend services across enterprise platforms
- Support privacy, compliance, and data governance initiatives related to GDPR and consent management
Requirements
- Five years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Content Management Systems (CMS), digital platforms, or enterprise web applications.
- Experience working with enterprise content management systems, with a strong preference for AEM experience.
- Strong process-analysis skills and experience with multiple requirements discovery techniques, including interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, site visits, process reviews, use cases, and workflow analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, web ecosystems, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Proven ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience documenting complex business processes and system interactions.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and execute under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related STEM field.
