Key Responsibilities
Lead complex third-party licensing negotiations to ensure agreements align with business needs
Manage third-party financial activities, including budget planning, tracking, monitoring, and analysis
Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, risks, and opportunities, translating strategy into actionable plans
Evaluate third-party proposals and partnerships, assess risks and value, and negotiate terms
Oversee a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring organization, accountability, and delivery across priorities
Partner with senior leaders to support business strategy through feasibility analysis, trend evaluation, and actionable insights
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software, content, and IP licensing with a focus on business management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Information Science, GIS, or a related field
Strong understanding of company products, services, and market position, along with the ability to analyze competitive dynamics to maintain business competitiveness
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proven ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable business insights
Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% for strategic meetings, events, and tradeshows
