Job Description
This role involves managing the daily administrative operations of Esri's regional office, supporting staff and leadership, overseeing office logistics and facilities, and fostering a positive office community to enable effective and sustainable solutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative functions of the regional office
- Provide administrative support to the regional manager and staff
- Manage office accounting, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders
- Handle facilities management, contract renewals, and vendor requests
- Serve as main point of contact for office, management, and staff inquiries
- Coordinate with headquarters to implement corporate policies and manage office improvements
- Supervise and mentor administrative support staff
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and interns
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities to foster community
Requirements
- Five years of administrative and/or office management experience including customer-related and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
- Ability to respond swiftly to a large number of demanding situations.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with a variety of online systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
