Job Description
The role involves managing and growing relationships with education sector clients by promoting Esri's geospatial technology solutions, understanding customer needs, and developing strategies to expand adoption and identify new opportunities within higher education and K12 markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for education organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders to tailor solutions
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology in education and communicate solutions effectively
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet customer needs and drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher education and K12 new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
