Job Description
A software testing role focused on improving and automating quality assurance processes for Esri's ArcGIS platform, involving collaboration with engineering teams to develop test cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product release readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and author test cases in collaboration with software and product engineers
- Test ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise functionalities related to Data Management and data services
- Assess product quality and release readiness
- Identify, troubleshoot, and reproduce product issues and bugs
- Develop and execute test strategies and test cases for functional requirements
- Monitor, analyze, and share test results with the team
- Build and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software testing experience.
- Experience using an application development language, such as C , Java or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated team player with an interest in continuous learning and building software products.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, geography, GIS, mathematics, or a related field.
