Job Description
The role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement human resources strategies, mentoring teams, managing workforce planning, and driving organizational change to support company growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor and coach HR team members, providing feedback and developing goals
- Manage departmental projects and strategic initiatives within HR
- Serve as a consultative partner to leadership to align HR practices with business objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements, strategies, and programs to enhance HR efficiency
- Maintain high levels of customer service by establishing performance objectives and ensuring policy adherence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience mentoring colleagues on human resources best practices
- Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
- Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
- Ability to take initiative, be self-directed, highly motivated, and have a passion for results as a team player
- Knowledge of local wage and hour laws and benefits
- Professional command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
