Job Description
This role involves leveraging industry experience in the Electric Gas Energy Utility sector to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create industry-specific content, and engage with the Energy Utility community to promote Esri's GIS solutions and support market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and report on factors affecting the Energy Utility market
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, execute, and measure marketing plans
- Assist industry managers in engaging with marketing, sales, product, and partner teams to deliver campaign tactics
- Create and support content such as webinars, success stories, eBooks, social media, and blogs to increase awareness and demand
- Manage logistics and engagement for industry events like conferences, webinars, and user group meetings
- Contribute to growing the Energy Utility community through social media and online platforms
- Track campaign progress and coordinate activities with internal and external customers
- Develop industry-specific content including presentations, technical papers, and digital media
- Research and evaluate strategic industry positioning and validate with experts
- Provide industry expertise to support internal requests, partner engagements, and customer meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the Energy Utility industry.
- Knowledge of GIS and its application within the Energy Utility domain.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Strong decision-making, problem-resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, GIS, geography, or a related field.
