Job Description
This role involves leveraging geospatial technology and industry knowledge to build relationships, develop strategies, and provide solutions for public safety and law enforcement organizations, primarily through enterprise sales and account management within the federal government sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrate the value of Esri technology related to public safety law enforcement
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote solutions
- Research industry trends and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the federal government industry and new technology trends, with the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $104,000 to $187,200 USD
