Job Description
Support the delivery and management of GIS consulting projects by coordinating scope, schedule, and budget, while collaborating with teams and clients to ensure successful implementation and risk mitigation in a fast-growing geospatial technology company.
Responsibilities
- •Create and manage scope, schedule, and budget for consulting activities
- •Proactively identify and mitigate risks in consulting projects
- •Collaborate with business functions to ensure successful program delivery
- •Manage multiple service engagements and maintain customer relationships
- •Prepare and deliver program updates and risk assessments to stakeholders
- •Validate engagement artifacts through evaluation of work plans and documentation
- •Support regional and national teams by sharing resources and knowledge
Requirements
- •2 years of professional experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities
- •Demonstrated experience supporting the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules
- •Ability to develop productive, strong relationships with internal teams and customers to meet targeted objectives
- •Ability to lead and manage multiple engagements
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, time management, presentation, and writing skills
- •Proactive, self-motivated, agile, and team-oriented attitude
- •Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Information Systems, or a related field
- •Support an extended network of coordinators located throughout the United States by sharing resources, experience, and knowledge to ensure the success of the greater program, Professional Services, and Esri
- •Support the creation and management of scope, schedule, and budget for consulting activities
- •Proactively track, identify, and mitigate potential risks with consulting activities
- •Collaborate with Professional Services business functions to ensure successful delivery of program engagements
- •Manage multiple services engagements and consultants' schedules
- •Prepare and provide regular program updates and risk management assessments to key internal stakeholders
- •Conduct regular engagement artifact validation through the evaluation of work plans, agendas, documentation, and business reporting analysis
- •Support an extended network of coordinators located throughout the United States by sharing resources, experience, and knowledge to ensure the success of the greater program, Professional Services, and Esri
